Guided Relaxation Meditation Session – Sunday, May 25, 2025 11:00am

For those not quite ready for hypnosis, I am offering a guided relaxation meditation session. Enjoy a relaxing mental getaway from the comfort of your home. This guided relaxation mediation is aimed to bring relaxation, relieve stress, soothe muscles, aches and pains, and give your mind a much needed break.

For those unable to attend live, everyone will receive the audio recording of the guided meditation the following day. This meditation will be available for all participants to enjoy as often as they would like.


Inner Child – Saturday, June 14, 2025 11:00am

This group session will allow everyone to explore in their minds a beautiful safe place then meet their inner child, speak with them, spend some time with them, and even go on an adventure and play. This is often very healing and therapeutic and helps enable self-love and forgiveness.


Stress Relief – Thursday, July 24, 2025 6:00pm

This group session is a very relaxing and constructive way to benefit anyone who experiences any degree of stress. You will learn about stress, the main causes of it, and how to rid yourself of the physical, mental, and emotional burdens it brings before going into hypnosis.

Give yourself the gift of reducing stress and all the uncomfortable side effects caused by it while learning about stress and how it affects us. During the session, you will embark on a journey into your mind, body, and spirit.
