I am a Hypnotherapist and Stress Management Consultant certified through the International Association of Councilors and Therapists with focus on stress management, self-healing/improvement, spiritual connection and Past Life Regression. While I am based in New Hampshire, I see many clients via Zoom.
I discovered my calling for hypnotherapy after watching the documentary, Flipside: A Journey into the Afterlife. This documentary highlighted how hypnotherapy opened the door to past life regression and life between lives. This sparked me to pursue hypnotherapy as a new way to help others. In 2021, I earned my professional certification for hypnotherapy and have helped many clients by using various hypnotherapy techniques. I include Reiki in sessions when needed and am a Reiki Master practitioner (Usui lineage). I am also an Ordained Minister. My aim is to blend spirituality with science in hypnotherapy, though you do not need to be spiritual to benefit from it.
In 2023, I received my certification as a Stress Management Consultant and utilize these skills to help my clients during their sessions. I also offer seminars to groups and businesses.
I utilize a variety of induction methods to help my clients attain a deep state of hypnosis. From there, I guide clients through the places they need to go to receive the help and answers they need. Because I know each person is different, I tailor each session to the client’s style and needs in order to give them the best experience possible.
Since I was a young child, I have always felt a calling to help others and use my inner light to do so. I want to help others find their power and ignite their inner light and ignite it!

I am a member in good standing with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists www.iact.org . I have completed the required hours of training to be certified and pledge to uphold the Code of Ethics.
