Session Times:
General hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 90 minutes. If you have had a consult, schedule here.
Past Life Regression hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 2 hours. If you have had a consult, schedule here.
Session times may be longer or shorter depending on individual needs.
Retainers:
I am available to my clients on a retainer basis where I can be available 24/7 as needed. To see if holding a retainer is right for you, schedule a 20-minute consult.
Packages:
If you are interested in making a true commitment to your self care, I offer packages where we will meet one on one for a number of weeks.
Inner Light Package – This is a six week commitment where we will meet once a week to help build confidence, relieve stress & anxiety, reduce fears and gain inner strength.
Stress Relief Package – This is a six week commitment, meeting twice a week, where we will work on identifying the different causes of your stress, how it affects you and the multiple ways to help you react to it. This package is beneficial for those who work in high stress environments or for those finding themselves in a constant state of stress.
Find Yourself Package – This is a 4 week commitment, meeting once a week, where we will focus on finding the truths about yourself, your needs, and how to achieve your goals. We will focus on a number of different techniques to assist you in discovering how to live your best life.
All packages must schedule a 20-minute consult before booking.
Reiki:
Reiki may be utilized during your session, with your permission, at no additional charge.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Session payments are taken during the time of scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a notice of 48 hours is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will lose their session payment.
Refunds are not given after the session begins.
While rescheduling is allowed, clients are limited to 2 reschedules per appointment.
New Client Forms:
Within 24 hours of scheduling your first session, you will receive forms that must be completed and returned within 48 hours of your appointment. Failure to return the completed forms will result in the cancelation of your appointment without refund. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
