I had my first hypnosis session with Monique. She gave me great instructions of what to expect ahead of time so that I was best prepared going into it. She has a calm and caring nature, which helped me relax and feel comfortable. She paused every now and then to see if I had questions and make sure I was ok to proceed. The session was very impactful and moving. It’s similar to meditation but goes deeper and is a bit more interactive. At the time, I was pregnant and spoke to my baby. The experience went well and I felt more connected with my baby afterward. She actually came early! I highly recommend Monique and the services she provides. She is very passionate and professional!
